RP TRONIC is HP Watermaker flagship invention, making HP renowned in the watermaker industry. As the only truly automatic watermaker system, RP TRONIC® regulates water pressure automatically, ensuring users can forget about their desalination plant. This innovation allows watermakers to function like household appliances.

HP Watermaker introduced the world’s first user interface compatible with Garmin, Raymarine, Furuno, Simrad, B&G, and Lowrance plotters. HP watermakers connect directly to the plotter via an RJ45 ethernet cable, allowing automatic recognition and display. This interface lets users monitor and operate our fully automatic RP TRONIC watermakers, adjusting all parameters easily.

Users can turn the watermaker on or off, reset alarms, monitor operations, and check data without a dedicated remote control panel. The interface also provides access to the watermaker’s log, displaying alarm history and usage data. It shows a synoptic view of the watermaker, moving water lines during operation, and analog displays of production data such as working hours, total water production, working pressure, current production, and water quality.

HP Watermaker users can calibrate sensors and adjust all machine settings, including operating parameters. The interface includes a manual accessible at all times. With this innovation, HP Watermakers leads in direct, automatic communication with the most widely used plotters globally.

HP Automatic Membranes Conservation System (AMCS) keeps watermaker membranes in optimal condition. When the watermaker is idle, bacteria quickly grow on the membranes, causing blockages and reduced efficiency. AMCS, in conjunction with our automatic flushing and RP TRONIC pressure regulation systems, automatically doses sodium metabisulphite during flushing to prevent this. The AMCS also comes with two free charges of sodium metabisulphite.

HP Watermaker is introducing BiBi: a user-friendly, compact, and easy-to-install watermaker interface with a 4-year warranty. BiBi allows online access to watermaker functions and data logs via modbus/canbus protocol. It can be installed post-sale and is compatible with Android, iOS, and web platforms. BiBi helps technical service centers diagnose issues remotely and sends real-time alerts to smartphones and HP’s factory. It also reports problems to the nearest service point.
